BICSc now offers a service to members to further equip organisations in the cleaning industry with everyday questions and queries that arise during the normal business operating day.

Our Technical Helpline service is an email and telephone service to answer your queries and share information in respect of:

7. Innovations in the Cleaning Industry Membership of BICSc also gives you free access to our Technical Fact Sheets, Bulletins and Presentation Materials.

At BICSc we prioritise a personal service with good levels of customer care and realise that you cannot afford to spend extended time on the telephone receiving advice from a 0870 premium call helpline. This is an additional cost to the business that you can do without.

Now this additional benefit of your membership with BICSc means you can email all your queries to the Helpdesk at helpdesk@bics.org.uk or log your call by the normal telephone route on 01604 678710. The telephone helpdesk is open between the hours of 10:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday and we aim for a priority turnaround figure of 2 working days for all enquiries.

2010 will bring many challenges as we face testing and uncertain times. By focusing on our values, putting our customers first and delivering a great customer experience, BICSc will continue to thrive. We will measure customer satisfaction of the Helpdesk through surveys of randomly sampled members who have recently had contact with us on the Technical Helpdesk. BICSc relies on customer feedback with regard to suggestions and new ideas to improve services year on year. We look forward to hearing from you.
