The development of their staff sits at the very heart of the organisations and they are continuously looking for new ways t train their employees to be the best they can be.

As part of their ever growing estates services team, Sanctuary Maintenance has cleaning and care taking teams

placed across the country with a current total of 300+ operatives. In a new partnership with BICSc these teams have embarked on the accredited national training programme.

Andrew Pillsbury, National Estates Services Manager at Sanctuary Maintenances, said “We are really pleased to be on board with this programme that looks to offer the best training for our cleaners and caretakers.

As the largest body for cleaning professionals, their training will give our staff the best possible opportunity for career progression as well as allowing them to deliver the best services to our customers. “
