CRM is coming… - Education, Membership and training within the cleaning industry | BICSc

We are pleased to confirm that our new CRM system will be up and running from May the 6th.

Improved customer service

CRM is a cloud based business software solution that focuses on building, strengthening and maintaining relationships with our members training centres and candidates. It will help us track and record all interactions and provide improved communication.

Easier payments

Embedded in the system will be an improved payment system allowing the customer support team to take instant cards payments over the telephone, set up direct debits without sending out forms and manage direct debit collections.

A better service

Our new CRM will give us a newer, quicker and more organised access to our individual member or centre’s, to help us better address their needs. Aa greater ability to provide solutions for those needs and improved customer support.

CRM… Three small letters, with three core concepts:

  • Relationships   Grows the institute through improved member engagement
  • Management    Manages relationships, payments and subscriptions
