Training Centre set up and Assessor Training

Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) set up and assessor training works well alongside any existing training model or succession plan your organisation has. The Mandatory Unit (LTP) is an excellent introduction for cleaning operatives and from there you can build up their knowledge with skills to meet the needs of your business. 

Those cleaning operatives who have shown a desire and ability to teach others during their usual working day can then progress to our two-day Licenced Assessor course. This qualification enables them to assess others as competent to perform BICSc skills and includes how to manage and maintain BICSc health and safety requirements and operate a training centre.

All cleaning operatives must have completed a minimum of (LTP) + seven skills from the base and additional units of The Cleaning Professionals Skills Suite (CPSS) before progressing to the assessor training.

This training package is a four-day skills course, ideally undertaken consecutively followed by 2 days of assessor training, which must be carried out at BICSc Headquarters.  We will help you choose the most appropriate combination of skills to support the cleaning activities that you provide.  We can also train your employees on-site at appropriately equipped premises.

Training can delivered, at our BBS Training Centre or with one of our Associate Training Providers, located across the UK.
