It covers all aspects of training from learning theories to questioning techniques as well as effective assessment methods to ensure a candidate’s future trainees are successful in their learning.

The Train the Trainer course is suitable for anyone involved in workplace training in all industries.
Candidates who successfully complete the course will receive a card from the Institute detailing they have completed the course workbook as proof they are qualified to carry out training in a competent manner.

The course is assessed following a two-day practical workshop. The candidate assessment is carried out through practical demonstration. The candidate must successfully cover the seven assessment skills criteria.
