This award will celebrate the success of a BICSc member that has demonstrated a focus on the use of technology processes and/or learning and development to drive an innovative evolution for their business or organisation. Focus will be on improving the overall quality of service, sustainability, safety and/or cost effectiveness for the business, as well as an improved workplace experience for the cleaning operative.
As with all our awards, the company should promote the value of BICSc ethos and principles. To apply for this award, you will need to have been a BICSc member for the past 12 months.

Describe, in 1,000 words, the innovation that your business has implemented using the SMART model. Focus should be given to show how the innovation has improved your service levels and positively improved the impact on the cleaning operative’s workplace experience.Â
Learning and development are at the heart of everything we do at BICSc so please ensure you include how learning and development was incorporated into the innovation in your submission.
