In this session Denise will be sharing insights gathered from the 18-month Future of Cleaning trial conducted with the support of leading manufacturers. Throughout this period, we have gained valuable lessons that have been clearly demonstrated to all parties.
This session provides feedback from the trials, the good, the bad, and the painful. What it has provided is a clear pathway of how change should be implemented for it to be successful.

During this final presentation, BICSc will be teaming up with The Worshipful Company of Environmental Cleaners to discuss The Chartered Practitioner Register (CPR).
